The designers behind the Individual Design Collection
On the newly launched collection of Individual four artists and designers put their personal stamp on the toothbrushes. The result is 17 unique designs that are sure to help bring color and style to your bathroom.
Carolyn Quartermaine is an artist, a decorator, a textile designer and teacher. She has studios in London, Belgium and Southern France. Her works have a strong identity inspired by Bonnard, Monet and Twombly. She toys with bright colors and uses raw materials such as linen and canvas. Carolyn is working on very different surfaces and has designed everything from chocolate packaging to restaurant interiors. Read more about Carolyn work here.
Sissi Edholm and Lisa Ullenius are graphic designers and have worked together since they met at Beckman's College of Design in 2002. They work in day for companies like Absolut Vodka and IKEA and has also designed patterns for the English fashion designer Paul Smith. Read more about their work here.
Sarah Hvass is a young and promising Danish artist who draw their inspiration from Japanese art, Parisian impressionism and street art from New York. Read more about Sarah's work here.
Anne Nowak is a designer and art artisan who works with patterns and textile designs. She draws all the designs by hand before being transferred to fabric, paper, porcelain or other materials. She is co-owner of the design activities NowakCPH, which produces sustainable fabrics for children and adults. She has a studio and showroom at the factory for Art & Design in Copenhagen.
