The necessary habits for good oral care is best established when children are at a young age. Dentists recommend that children start flossing at three years old if there are tight spaces between the teeth. If not, they recommend flossing from age six or when the permanent teeth start comming through.
Jordan Miracle Kids consists of a long handle and loose refillable heads of dental floss. It has a good ergonomic handle with a wider grip and a smaller neck than Miracle for adults. Clicking the refill heads on and off the handle is quick and easy. Click it on by positioning the notched side of the handle over the head and push down until you hear a click. Snap the head off by placing the handle with the floss head against a hard surface and press the neck gently with your finger to release the head.
The long handle makes it easier to use the dental floss and get between the teeth, and the handle is easy to steer. The floss is guided into place and down in between the teeth with the help of the tongue. Move the floss carefully from side to side, up and down against each tooth and clean below the gum line.
Jordan Miracle Kids is a dental floss that is easier to use for children than standard floss, but should be used under adult supervision. The refill heads can be used several times. Rinse the floss as needed and after use.
